This Shipping Policy explains how Dpearls handles order processing, shipping, and delivery. Please read carefully before placing an order.

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if your order is significantly delayed. Dpearls uses Royal Mail to deliver products to customers. Delivery price is £2.99 at checkout but free for purchases over £100.  We currently only ship within the UK. For missing packages or delayed shipments beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at dpearlswears@yahoo.com, and we will assist where possible.​​
